Statement of the company RONDO MONDO d.o.o. on the protection of personal data
The protection of our users' personal data is a special interest of our company. All activities of RONDO MONDO d.o.o. on the Internet comply with European regulations (EU Directive 95/46/EC,2002,58/Ec and International Agreement ETS 108, ETS 181, ETS 185, ETS 189) and national laws in force in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. In the Republic of Croatia, we comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (N.N.103/03.). RONDO MONDO d.o.o. complies with the Privacy Protection when obtaining data.
Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data is information that identifies you, such as your name, surname, e-mail address or residential address. RONDO MONDO d.o.o. does not collect or process your personal data, except when you give your consent by ordering products, our electronic notifications (e-magazine, etc.) or by participating in our prize games.
Use and disclosure of personal data
RONDO MONDO d.o.o. will use your personal data only for the purpose of technical administration on the Web site so that you have access to special information, or for the purpose of communicating with you. RONDO MONDO d.o.o. will not deliver your personal data to a third party unless otherwise required by law.
Orders, surveys and competitions
RONDO MONDO d.o.o. requests information from the user on a form where the user provides contact information (such as email address, name and shipping address). This information is used for invoicing and to fulfill customer orders. This contact information is also used to contact the user to verify the order/data or in case of problems in processing an order.
